Save Our Club – the campaign goes on!

Over the past few days KHIST have been carrying out an extensive media campaign to publicise the plight of our football club and also to appeal for urgent funds. We’d like to bring supporters up to date with our progress.

DONATIONS UPDATE:-

As of 8pm Tuesday 8th February a total of £14,126.48 has been donated via paypal, our bank account or pledges by cheque. This is a fantastic response and we would like to thank each and every person who has contributed.

All monies raised will go to safeguarding the future of Kidderminster Harriers Football Club.

We have held interviews with Television (BBC/ITV), Radio (5 Live/Talk Sport/BRMB/BBC H&W/Wyvern and the written press (Shuttle/Chronicle/Express and Star/Evening News) with plenty more still planned!

We hope by doing this that we can get the message out to the general public and that we can help save our unique football club. KHIST have also been in touch with our local MP Mark Garnier who is assisting our cause and will attend our game on Saturday.

Less than 24 hours ago following a brilliant idea by new KHIST corporate member “Kimmy Loves Cake” we have been bombarding the social network sites Facebook and Twitter in the hope that people can donate (by clicking on the donate button to the right or the banner on the home page) whatever they can afford via our secure PayPal button on our website.

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT SUPPORTERS CONTINUE TO GET THIS MESSAGE OUT.

What can supporters do?

1 Become a KHIST member – Costs just £1 for adults and 50p for under 16’s. Join us as we hope to give supporters a voice in the running of our football club.

2Donate to KHIST – Via our secure paypal button or direct to our Natwest Kidderminster Bank account (Number 27006328 and sort code 60-12-12)

3 KHIST 2020 Lottery – You can take part in our monthly lottery with 70% of funds going to KHFC and large cash prizes for the winners. This currently generates over £16,000 a year towards KHFC.

4 – Attend this Saturday’s home game with Altrincham and show your support  of Kidderminster Harriers.

We will be contacting all local sides and the media towards the weekend in an attempt to fill Aggborough! If every supporter brought just one friend/relative just think of the difference it could make! Not only do the team deserve our support for their continuing excellent performance on the pitch but the revenue this would generate would really make a difference to our football club.

We are in constant contact with Kidderminster Harriers Football Club and we hope that supporters will be updated on the current position in the very near future but as im sure everyone appreciates a lot of hard work is still going on to rescue our precarious position.

Finally if anyone has any ideas or suggestions we would love to hear from you and we will respond as soon as we can.
