Ball Auction by Forest Green Walkers in aid of MacMillan Cancer Support
We are pleased to be in possession of the Matchball from the 1987 FA Trophy Final replay between Kidderminster Harriers and Burton Albion. The ball was presented to Harriers legend, Paul “Ocker” Davies, by our boot boy from that era, John Pryce at KHIST’s recent Graham Allner evening. Paul immediately offered it to KHIST and asked that we should use it to raise money for the Forest Green sponsored walk in April as Steve Millington supported Ocker when he was running the London Marathon. We would like to thank both John and Paul for this wonderful gesture. Therefore we invite offers from KHFC supporter’s for this unique piece of memorabilia. On the 7th April a group of us will be doing a sponsored walk from Kidderminster Harriers FC to Forest Green Rovers FC (near Stroud).
We will cover over 65 miles in two days for Macmillan Cancer Support.
