KHIST AGM on Saturday 19th October.

Please note that the agenda for this meeting is now available and includes a Resolution to adopt a new set of Model Rules for our Society drawn up by Supporters Direct, the national umbrella organisation for supporters trusts.
Copies of the new rules are being sent out by email or post to all of the 2012/13 membership and we will need at least 161 of last year’s 482 members to vote if these updated rules are to be adopted.
Further copies of the new rules and of a voting slip/form of proxy will be sent out on request.
