Legends return to Aggborough this Saturday
The KHIST supporters football team hold their annual fundraising day at Aggborough Stadium this Saturday 7th May and will include a range of special guests. During the past season over fifty players have been involved with the supporters team which enables players to be split into four seperate sides kicking off at 10am, 12.30pm, 3pm and 5.30pm.
Each Harriers fans side will include a range of special guests from the current first team playing squad and management team. Fomer Harriers legends such as John Deakin (245 games), Jon Purdie (94 games) and Delwyn Humphreys (195 games) will also return to the scene of some memorable times in the 1990’s.
Then in the last game at 5.30pm the famous strike partnership of Paul ‘Ocker’ Davies (307 goals), Kim Casey (202 goals) and Mick Tuohy (86 goals) will re unite for one final time looking to add to their prolific tally of goals.
Entrance on Saturday is just £1, which includes a programme, and the Aggborough Suite bar will be open from 12 noon for the day. It is the fourth year that this event has run now and we’ll be hoping to raise more than the £1631.00 we managed last season.
So if you are missing your football already why not pop along and support this event, watch some entertaining football and raise money for KHFC in the process.
See you on Saturday.
