Proposed working weekend

As previously advised in minutes (shown in the password protected area of this website), one of our active KHIST members is attempting  to gain support for a fans’ working weekend that he’s trying to arrange for the last weekend in June.  He has proposed that volunteers will meet at the Aggborough Stadium to complete a schedule of maintenance work which has yet to be approved following consultation with the Stadium Manager. The Trust has agreed to give publicity to this project and is now drawing attention to the initial advice posted by ‘Delph Harrier’ to the ‘harriers online’ forum under the thread “Fans working weekend at Aggborough.”

We will keep members and other harriers fans informed of developments, once the required work schedule has been identified but, clearly this will depend on funding, provision of equipment, safety considerations etc and of course an adequate number of volunteers.
