Treasurer Vacancy

The Board of Kidderminster Harriers Independent Supporters’ Trust (KHIST) are seeking a suitable candidate to take on the role of Treasurer.

The successful candidate will have organisational and basic computer skills and, will preferably be a committed supporter of Kidderminster Harriers. They will have an ability to communicate and a commitment to work as a member of a small team of like-minded supporters, for the ultimate benefit of our football club.

The Treasurer takes responsibility for Financial Management and Reporting and must keep the KHIST Board fully aware of the Trust’s financial status.

Duties include:
Maintenance of records (familiarity with the use of spreadsheets will be helpful).
Payment of invoices and expenses, banking of monies received and issue of receipts.
Preparation of an Annual Budget and presentation of a Report to the AGM.
Attendance at monthly Board meetings.
