Great news from Aggborough !

Members of the KHIST board have been delighted to receive the fantastic news that, despite all the well- publicised, recent difficulties and a significantly reduced playing budget, Harriers’ fans have turned out in numbers to show their continuing support  for our club and Gary Whild’s new look squad.

It’s to the credit of everyone at KHFC, including the major shareholders, the new board of directors, the management  team, the club staff, the  volunteers (who’ve done some great work through the Summer) and, not least , the fans , for turning round the atmosphere at our club in such a short time. The renewed positivity at Aggborough would not have been believed just a few weeks ago.

There’s still much to be done, of course and it won’t be all plain sailing, but for the club to be able to report that nearly 500 season tickets have been sold by the end of the ‘early bird’ sales period, is testament to the enduring optimism of the rock solid fanbase here in Kidderminster.

We congratulate the club on such a magnificent achievement and encourage those KHIST members and other Harriers’ supporters, who are able but may not yet have purchased their 2015/16 season tickets, to join with those who have already shown their commitment.  It will be such a boost to our football club to start the new National League season with in excess of 600 season ticket holders. That’s certainly not an unachievable target. In fact we can have some confidence that it will happen and, of course, we still have many Junior Supporters to swell the ranks.

Let’s all pull together and start the season on ‘a high’.

Well done everybody !
