Members Draw

The KHIST Members’ Monthly Draw – Cash prizes,

The Members’ Draw is made usually, but not always, at the end of the monthly KHIST board meetings and is intended to provide the membership with a ‘fun’ way of assisting the Trust to raise vital funding.

Note: Whilst the draw is restricted to Trust members, any Harriers’ supporter can apply for KHIST membership, with options to join for 1, 5 or 10 years, on completion of an application form and payment of a nominal fee. The 5 years membership (fee £4.00) can be arranged via this link-

The number and values of cash prizes will be determined, each month, according to the overall take-up and calculated in accordance with an agreed formula, details of which are available to KHIST members, on request. The prize pot will however, not be less than one third of the takings.

Single entries are at £5.00 (with no limit to the number of entries). Payment will usually be by monthly standing order (but see below). Please follow this link to confirm your interest and the number of monthly entries you wish to make. A Standing Order Mandate (including the appropriate entry numbers/references) will then be issued for you to complete and send to your bank.

If you prefer, we can accept advance cash/cheque or online* payments for a minimum 3 months’ entries (* You can arrange your payments via the link to the KHIST Online Shop – above). If you select one of these options, however, we will email you to confirm your entry numbers and it will then be your responsibility to ensure that your ongoing payments are received in good time (by the 20th of the month unless otherwise agreed). Entries for which advance payments have not been received will remain in the draw but, if then drawn as a winning number, the prize will be ‘rolled over’ and included in the prize pot for the following month.

There will be a maximum of 3 successive rollovers of the 1st prize. following which its value on a fourth occasion will be re-allocated amongst the lesser prizes according to the agreed formula.

Any KHIST board member will be pleased to offer assistance.
