Harriers suffered their first home league defeat since October at the hands of Wrexham last night, with a lapse in concentration at the end of the 1st half gifting Wrexham an opportunity they didn’t hesitate to snatch at.
Following the match Harriers manager Steve Burr remained optimistic for the final 13 games of the season:-
“I like to see young players expressing themselves and who are full of energy and I thought we showed that tonight.
What we’re missing at the minute is something dropping for us. We’ve stopped scoring at important times or [taking] chances when they come along but that will come back.
If we keep working like that tonight then we’re not going to be far away come the end of the season.”
