KHIST AGM on Saturday 8th October 2011

The AGM of the Society is due to be held on Saturday 8th October at 5pm in the Harriers Social and Supporters Club. All Harriers supporters are cordially invited to attend this event which will take place immediately after the Luton Town game.

I can assure you that the support, views and suggestions of all KHIST members will be more than welcome. However, you should be aware that, according to the Society’s rules, if you were not a paid up member before 31st July this year you will not be entitled to vote on any of the resolutions tabled.

Please note that copies of the agenda for the meeting and of two of the resolutions to be tabled, have been emailed to KHIST members, together with the minutes from last year’s AGM. These papers will also be available immediately before the meeting.
