KHIST board statement – update.
Further to the Trust board’s statement on Friday, we can now confirm that our representatives on the Kidderminster Harriers Board of Directors – Geoff Coles and Dave Williams – together with Rod Brown and Wayne Allen, will be meeting with the club’s major shareholders, later today (Tuesday 14th April). Rod Brown , as newly appointed Chairman will then chair a meeting of the KHFC board, The shareholders will, no doubt, be making clear their expectations and immediate plans and, as soon as the club issues more information, we will endeavour to communicate as fully as possible with members and supporters
Kidderminster Harriers are now going through a period of transition and our fans will have varied views but, it’s a time when we must all be seen to be working together towards the common goal. The club needs all the support it can muster, both on and off the pitch. Lessons from the past do have to be learned but it’s the future that’s important and there’s much work to be done in a short time. KHIST will continue to have a prominent role, on behalf of the fans and. all those with Harriers’ interests at heart can show their true colours by getting involved, not least by being a KHIST member, giving support to the 2020 Lottery and, of course, turning out in force for the Barnet match on Saturday.
Please continue to have patience, whilst the shareholders and directors determine the necessary actions to move the club forward.
A further KHIST statement will be issued shortly.
