KHIST Sports Quiz a success!

We’d like to thank everyone who attended the first ever KHIST Sports Quiz last night and helped make it such a big success. Over 100 people attended the event in the Aggborough Suite.

Our thanks must go to Harriers supporter Tony Powell who ran the event at no charge and to the many people that helped on the night to make it such a success and of course those that donated prizes.

We are pleased to announce that the evening raised an impressive £327 plus bar takings from the entry fees and raffle and we hope to run another event very soon.

The event was won by the Bulls Head (81 points) on a tie break from Boing Boing (81 points) after getting closest to KHFC’s highest ever home attendance. 3rd were Peckham Pouncers (80 points) and 4th Unreal Madrid (77 points) who all recieved prizes.

The KHFC team, consisting of Gary Whild, James Vincent, Mickey Demetriou, Matt Wall and Scott Mason finished a respectable 10th place out of 22 teams.

The September 2020 Lottery draw will take place tommorrow (Saturday) in the Harriers Arms at a slightly earlier time of 6pm due to it co-inciding with the Harriers home game. First team manager Steve Burr and a couple of players will hopefully be pulling out the lucky winners.
