OPERATION FULL HOUSE – Help secure the clubs future

With Saturday fast approaching KHIST would like to make one final plea to supporters to help continue to spread the message that Kidderminster Harriers long term future is far from secure and need our support this weekend.

We have been spent the week publicising the clubs situation and appealing for the local community to help preserve the clubs 125 year history. Our efforts have so far seen coverage on –

Radio – BBC 5 Live/Talk Sport/Wyvern/Brmb/ BBC Hereford and Worcester/Beacon/Radio WM/The Wyre

Newspapers – Independent/Shuttle/Chronicle/Express and Star/Worcester News/NLP

Television – Central news/Midland Today

So we have done our bit but we need all supporters to bring friends and family as we hope to cheer on the team into the play offs.

PLEASE CONTINUE TO SPREAD THE MESSAGE THAT THE FUTURE OF THE FOOTBALL CLUB IS STILL UNCERTAIN AND NEEDS ITS LOCAL COMMUNITY.

Harriers have the support of local MP’s Mark Garnier (Wyre Forest), Tom Watson (West Brom East), Brian Binley (Northampton South)  and Justin Tomlinson (Swindon North) as we look to fill Aggborough Stadium for the first time in 11 years. The quartet will be presenting the KHIST 2020 lottery cheques on the pitch at half time tommorrow.

KHIST members have spent today along with Harry the Harrier (pictures) handing out flyers in the town centre promoting Saturday’s game and holding a bucket collection. This will continue on Saturday morning.

So we hope to see you all at Aggborough tommorrow . Upon entry to the ground KHIST will be holding bucket collections so please give whatever you can.

If you are yet to join KHIST you can do so for just £1 Adults and 50p for under 16’s or how about joining the 2020 lottery? which provides a regular income to the football club.

We continue to collect funds through our secure paypal to safeguard the future of Kidderminster Harriers Football Club. This has already exceeded £16,000 so if you are unable to attend tommorrow then we hope that you will consider DONATING (click below).

KHIST & KHFC are also looking for volunteers to help sell programmes and 50/50 half-time draw tickets before the game tomorrow. If you are available and happy to help from 1.45pm, please contact KHIST board memeber Laura Harper at laura@khist.org.uk

Come on you Reds!
