It is with great sadness that we announce that Steve sadly passed away on Saturday 2nd November after a short illness.
Steve leaves behind his loving wife Jackie, their two children Richard & Laura and grand daughter Phoebe. We wish to express to them our deepest sympathy for their loss.
Steve was a founder member of KHIST in the capacity of Treasurer and more recently Chairman. He was heavily involved in forming the Supporters Trust in 2003 and in 2011 was instrumental in co-ordinating the fund raising activities to assist Kidderminster Harriers F.C. in avoiding being placed into administration. Steve always put others before himself and will be sadly missed but we will remember his life with great affection.
Steve’s funeral will be held at Kidderminster Crematorium (Stourport Road) at 3 p.m. on Wednesday 13th November with the wake being held afterwards in the Aggborough Suite. Anyone wishing to pay their last respects to Steve is welcome to attend. (Family flowers only. Donations to the Primrose at the Princess Hospice, Bromsgrove).
Harriers progressed through to the FA Cup 1st Round proper after beating a very determined and hard-working Bradford PA side 2-1.
