How you can buy your lottery tickets through the Summer.

During the Summer months, the Trust’s ticket sellers and agents will find it difficult to maintain contact with regular purchasers of lottery tickets and, of course, it’s most important that we continue to raise substantial finances for the benefit of our football club. It goes without saying that the fewer tickets sold, the less is the available funding to invest in the Harriers, so we’re making a point of confirming each of the various available payment methods and asking everyone to continue their support of the KHIST 2020 Lottery, throughout the close season:

There are many ways that you can take part

  • You can, of course continue to buy cash tickets from your usual agent/ ticket seller or from KHIST board members
  • If you are able to commit to taking part in the lottery on a regular basis we would encourage you to make monthly payments by Standing Order. This is the easiest way to take part. Simply complete a mandate form to guarantee your entry. Each pound gives you one number in the draw and you can have as many numbers as you wish.

N.B. If you choose this method, please do not set up the standing order yourself (We need to allocate draw/reference numbers for the Bank to quote on the payments, so that we can identify participants).

Click here to print a PDF of the Standing Order Mandate Form!

A form can also be obtained from any KHIST board member (email addresses are shown at www.khist.org.uk )

The completed mandate can be returned to KHIST via the ticket office at Aggborough or by post to 12 Victory Close, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire, DY13 9RN.

  • For those who prefer to purchase tickets on a less regular basis, you can buy a minimum of 5 numbers online HERE.

This facility is also particularly helpful for supporters who don’t live in Wyre Forest District.

Alternatively, lottery tickets will be on sale at:

  • The Harriers’ club shop

and

  • ‘The Harriers Arms’.

  • Finally, we can accept a one off cheque payment for a minimum 12 months entry.

On Saturday 9th May – Fans’ Day at Aggborough – Supporters will have the opportunity to purchase tickets for the May draw, which will take place in the Harriers’ Arms on the following day (NB. Your £1.00 entry fee for this event will entitle adults to a £1.00 lottery ticket but there is no limit to the number of additional entries you can buy.

Anybody interested in becoming a lottery agent will be welcome to talk this through with any of the KHIST board members in attendance at Fans’ Day

Do please support KHIST in raising necessary funds for the benefit of our club, by taking part in the KHIST 2020 Lottery

………. Many thanks!
