Kidderminster Foodbank – Christmas Appeal

In the light of Covid -19 regulations announced for tier 2 (and the lack of Harriers’ home fixtures during December) it’s most probable that, once again, our board’s commitment to organising the traditional pre- Christmas KHIST food collection at Aggborough is to be frustrated.

Our members, Harriers’ supporters and the local community have always been most supportive of our previous appeals which, year on year, have exceeded expectations and helped to make the Festive Season that much more enjoyable for the less fortunate of our residents.  Living with coronavirus makes this year’s appeal so much more important.

We are requesting Wyre Forest folk to show their customary generosity in supporting the Kidderminster Foodbank’s appeal this Christmas. You can find out how you can donate by standing order or by one off cheque payment (and include gift aid if you are able to do so) at

 Give Help | Kidderminster Foodbank,

where you can also identify the several retail outlets in the locality providing facilities for you to donate food and other necessary items.

For those who would prefer to make one-off online donations, KHIST are offering you the facility to do this via the KHIST online shop, and give you an assurance that any funds so collected will be forwarded, in full – after paypal charges – to the charity. If, however, you should choose this method we regret that we are unable to offer donors the option to include ‘gift aid’.

Nobody in our community should go hungry. With your support, we can all make sure that this doesn’t happen.

Please be generous !
