Loan Note Scheme – The Launch
As you may have heard through the local press and radio media, KHIST are launching a joint venture to spearhead a £50,000 injection into the club, in exchange for shares into the club of the equivalent value.
Being launched in conjunction with well-known Harriers fan John Davies of ‘Hire-It!’, the scheme being unveiled is called the ‘Loan Note Scheme’.
We are looking for fans and local businesses to invest by means of a ‘loan’, resulting in the purchase of shares in KHFC. Full details of the scheme are laid out in the document available for download by clicking the link below.
KHIST treasurer Steve Millington:
“We are officially announcing that the loan note scheme will be launched on the same day as the team’s game against Grays.
“Obviously we will then have discussions with the chairman.
“Even if the club finds the money it needs, it will no doubt need more funds in the future and we will have this scheme ready if needed.”
Immediately following the Harriers match against Grays Athletic tomorrow, a Questions & Answers forum session is being held in the Supporters & Social Bar (located just behind the East Stand), where anyone interested in finding out more about the scheme will be able to ask KHIST board members.
