An Evening With Graham Allner
KHIST invites you to celebrate the historic achievements of legendary former Harriers manager Graham Allner with an evening in his company on Friday 31st January at 8.00 p.m. in the Aggborough Suite. (Doors open at 7 p.m.). Our compere’s on the night will be Dave Bradley & Steve Miller from BBC Hereford & Worcester and Graham will be joined by a number of former players.
2014 marks the twentieth anniversary of our epic 5th round FA Cup run and the first year in which we won the Conference title. KHIST feels it appropriate to mark these historic achievements, and to mark the recent 30th anniversary of his appointment in 1983, by holding an evening with Graham Allner. As manager of Harriers from 1983-99, Graham occupies a unique place in our club’s long and proud history.
Graham’s achievements speak for themselves: our first ever FA Trophy win and Wembley visit in 1987, two more trophy finals at Wembley in 1992 and 1995, a 5th Round FA Cup berth in 1994 after two wins against league opposition, and our first ever conference title also in 1994. However, his legacy was not just about those achievements, as impressive as they were. Graham’s style of play, and his development of the players in his teams, were what helped build a reputation for Harriers as one of the most respected clubs outside of the football league.
Tickets are just £8.00 (which includes a ‘Basket Meal’). So for your chance to enjoy this unique evening tickets are now available from the KHIST tables situated in the North & East stands.
