Steve Miller – KHIST tribute
As reported by KHFC earlier in the week, KHIST extends their heartfelt condolences on the passing of the iconic local BBC radio commentator and ‘the voice of the Harriers’, Steve Miller, affectionately known as Millerman. Though Steve was not officially connected to the club, his stature and recognisable voice made him a beloved figure amongst Harriers fans. His dedication to covering matches over the past two decades has left an indelible mark.
Steve commentated on nearly 1,100 matches throughout his career. His commentary career included covering teams such as Rushden & Diamonds, Bromsgrove Rovers, Worcester City, and most notably, the Harriers, whom he passionately followed. Beyond football, Steve’s love for sports extended to motorsports, where he commentated on events like the World Endurance Championship (Le Mans Series) and Motorsport F1. Steve also worked as the UK TBR Sales Manager at Apollo Vredestein, supporting motorsport truck racing.
For over 800 of those games commentating on Harriers, Steve was joined on air by Harriers Head of Media, Matty Paddock, who has penned the following tribute to Millerman.

Our thoughts and heartfelt condolences go out to Steve’s family and loved ones during this difficult time.
