The KHIST Members’ Draw

As previously announced, the 1st draw for this new competition will be made during Saturday evening’s AGM, having been organized at the request of our members.

We can now confirm that, as originally intended, this draw will be for a single prize, which the board has now agreed will be £200.00 . We will include the entry numbers of all those who confirmed their intended participation. There will, however be some entries for which we have not received payment and, as per the rules previously announced, if one of those entries is drawn, there will be a rollover to the next draw, in October. We will confirm the expected minimum ‘pot’ for that after the AGM.

It’s our intention to review the prize money on a regular basis and, to introduce additional prizes to make the draw as attractive as possible, but if it’s to be successful, it has to be supported and that’s up to you, our members.

Harriers’ supporters will appreciate the importance of helping the Trust to raise vital funds, as there’s always a strong possibility we may be called upon, once again, to rally all parties in the interests of our football club. It goes without saying that the availability of finance or otherwise can be critical.

The members’ draw has been intended as a kick re-start to our serious fundraising, but we do need much volunteer help if we are to resume the level of events’ activity necessary to give added strength to our representation of supporters’ interests.
Please support this venture and, if not already signed up, make a point of speaking with a board member (you can do this at the AGM) or sending an email to admin@khist.org.uk , to confirm your requirements. Entries are by standing order at £5 each per month, with no limit to the number of entries you can arrange.
